Accoyo America Enterprise

IIt's official--pregnancies confirmed by US!

21.5 months old at 2009 shearing, medium fawn and only 0.6% greater than 30. Amazing!

We had searched far and wide to find a dark colored full Accoyo male to add to our breeding program; and it couldn't be just any dark Accoyo male. Our criteria were pretty stringent. Correct conformation was a given, along with a perfect bite; genetics had to be some of the best in the industry. His fiber had to be super fine but he had to have remarkable density and a long staple length--it's not always easy to find all three characteristics co-existing in the same animal. And, it had to be radiantly bright with tight crimp. Not only all that, but he couldn't share the same bloodlines as most of our females. We were able to find all these qualities in this young male. So it is with great delight that we welcome Accoyo Enterprise to our breeding program.

We feel that he has a great future in our Accoyo breeding program and for others who wish to add density AND fineness to their offspring. His fleece is characterized by exquisite independent bundling and brightness with a sharply defined crimp that extends to the belly and head.

Enterprise has been in the final lineup in every class he's competed in at Alpaca Western Extravaganza, the Futurity and AOBA, all Level 5 shows. His sire, Accoyo Centurion, was a fawn AOBA color champion and Enterprise is a beautiful reflection of him.

His 2008 histogram values help to explain his high character fleece with a low standard deviation and a low CV.

The females Enterprise bred have been confirmed pregnant by US. He turned out to be a quick study, requiring little instruction on his first time out! We are offering limited breedings at the introductory price of $2000.

Breedings to Enterprise are limited to full Accoyo females purchased from us and paid breedings.

Enterprise is co-owned with Heart's Desire Farm.
